Guarantee

Every product with a battery, bulb, motor, speaker or mister carries a 1-year guarantee from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a covered item stops working, we replace it or refund it — your choice — and cover return postage where we need the item back.

Accidental damage: drops, crushing, pets, and water damage to items not rated for outdoor use.

Batteries, which are consumables. Fading of paint and fabric from long sun exposure.

Unpowered decorations such as foam tombstones and paper bats are covered by the normal return window rather than the guarantee.

Email REPLACE-ME@example.com with your order number and a description of the problem — a short phone video is the fastest way for us to help.

We will try a quick fix with you first, because a surprising number of problems turn out to be a flat battery or a loose battery door. If it is genuinely faulty, we sort a replacement the same day.

This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the rights you have under consumer law in your country. Where local law gives you a longer or stronger remedy, that law takes precedence.
