This site is operated by ScareEm Halloween Co. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you pay.

We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the product is out of stock, if the listed price was obviously wrong, or if we suspect fraud. We will tell you why.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT unless stated. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

We try hard to keep prices and specifications accurate. If an error means the price you paid was materially wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the corrected price or cancelling for a full refund.

Sizes and specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and checked by us on sample units. Hand-painted finishes vary slightly from piece to piece.

Illustrations on the site show what a product is, not an exact photograph. Battery life figures are indicative and vary with battery brand and temperature.

Decorations are not toys. Some contain small parts and batteries; keep them away from children under 3. Follow the safety notes on each product page.

Our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
